Assessment

We look at your current topology, operating system, and security. Based on this we recommend changes or upgrades as appropriate.

Design

This includes layout of the physical network as well as determination of operating systems, security settings, and client/server setup.

Acquisition

We help determine appropriate sources to meet you computers purchasing needs. For small jobs we will assist you in facilitating the purchases.

Installation

We will either perform the physical installation or contract it to a qualified installer.

Setup

Setup of the network and all computers is done following the system design.

Administration

Once your system is functioning, it requires ongoing administration to assure security and availability. We can either act as an expert for an administrator on your staff or administer the site via a maintenance contract.
